Toolkit: Onboarding
Onboarding is the process of welcoming, educating, connecting, and integrating new employees into the organization, providing them with the tools, resources, and knowledge to be successful and productive members of our CSU and Fort Collins community. Effective, holistic onboarding is a key contributor to the retention of a diverse faculty. This Tool will serve as a guide for academic departments and faculty to ensure consistent onboarding for every new hire in collaboration with key partners across our campus.
