The Faculty Success Toolkit is designed to provide resources and guidance for department leaders and all faculty to support a thriving faculty body at Colorado State University. The tools in this Toolkit are the product of extensive scholarly exploration and collaboration by subject-focused subcommittees of the Faculty Success team.

The Toolkit subject areas include onboarding, work-life integration for caregivers, promotion and tenure standards, mentoring, workload equity, and recruitment. While content varies by subject area, the tools generally include context/relevance of the subject, best practices or recommendations for CSU departments and department leaders, and additional resources.
