FAQ is a webpage providing anonymized guidance to all CSU employees from a central location, making it easy to find the tools that faculty are looking for without needing to know the CSU-specific language to find those resources.

Faculty often have questions about who to contact if they have a challenge, whether that be technological, personal, related to annual reviews or promotion, or about connecting with resources across campus. This page is responsive to faculty questions that may be sensitive or uncomfortable to ask of department colleagues and/or department chairs — or that may go beyond the knowledge of those folks. This page answers common faculty questions, allows new ones to be posed, and is regularly updated to help faculty track down information even if they are unfamiliar with the acronyms, unit/organization names, or terminology required to make an effective search of the general website.
