Faculty Success sustains a thriving faculty by supporting scholarship and teaching and seeks to improve equity in academic work by effecting change in CSU cultures, structures, and climate.

Initial funding and support for Faculty Success was provided by the NSF ADVANCE program.

Cost-Sharing Funding Available for Faculty Professional Development: Deadline Nov. 18

The Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President and the Office of the Vice President for Research are collaborating to offer cost-sharing funding for an intensive, 12-week online program helping faculty develop the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Applications are now closed.
