Thank you for your engagement with Elevating Equity this spring! This will be our last post for the semester. Since we launched in February, we’ve covered a variety of Faculty Success topics, including:

- Specific Faculty Success programs at CSU, like the EnCircle Mentoring Program and the Chairs and Heads Institute for Inclusive Excellence.
- Best practices around equitable job searches, workload equity, faculty onboarding, and addressing unwritten rules in promotion and tenure processes, among others.
- The inextricable ties between faculty success and student success, especially related to the CSU’s goal of becoming a Hispanic-serving institution.
- National trends and research related to faculty departures, the challenges of more traditional notions of merit and excellence in academia, and the distribution of non-promotable tasks.
We hope these posts have been insightful and provided valuable resources to help stakeholders from across campus consider faculty success and ways to promote equity for all faculty at CSU! The Faculty Success team looks forward to continuing to collaborate with faculty and other campus partners in our ongoing efforts to promote faculty thriving!
