WAGES Experiential Learning Workshop

Interrupting Bias Workshop
This original workshop was developed by Faculty Success and the Office for Inclusive Excellence based on the Call In/Call Out framework. The workshop examines case studies based on the actual experiences of women of color on the faculty at CSU. Through role play, participants practice various bystander intervention strategies to respond to bias.
